Despite having placed an order for a freezer and receiving double confirmation from the representative, the product that was delivered was a chiller instead. The representative responded in an arrogant manner and was unwilling to accept responsibility for the error, offering minimal compensation. Trustworthiness is of paramount importance in such matters.

We've prepared a complete invoice list, in which the temperature is clearly stated. Also, we took pictures before shipping. Perhaps you've misremembered your client's requirements. We're sorry to have caused you any unhappiness. However, as these are large pieces of equipment, we can't afford to bear the losses resulting from such mistakes.
